About our Harleys in the Flowers Tour – only available during flower season (August/September)

Join us on an enchanting 2 day Harley ride through some of the most captivating flower spots that grace the West Coast during its magical season.

Please be sure to book at least 10 days prior to preferred travel date. A minimum of 3 bikes are required for guided tours.

Our itinerary for the tour is as follows:

NB Due to the location of the flowers at the time, we may deviate from our itinerary below in order to bring you the best sightings.

Day 1: Cape Town to Jacobs Bay

We depart from the Makani offices at around 09H00 and ride to the flower hot spots around Darling. These include:

Tienie Versveld Wildflower Reserve
Darling Renoesterveld Reserve
Groenekloof Reserve

After lunch in Darling, we make our way to our overnight stop in Jacobs Bay, visiting other flower hot spots on the way.

Day 2: Jacobs Bay back to Cape Town

After breakfast in Jacobs Bay, we make our way to Paternoster before heading to Hopefield. From there we ride to the West Coast National Park, before heading back to Cape Town, and an end of tour celebration at the Makani offices.

Please be aware that this tour may need to change due to weather, road conditions or other factors. Please be flexible, but rest assured your tour leader will make the final decisions only after consulting with group members. Your safety is our priority.
